From a local house clean out is this rare example of a Japanese Type 90 army medic helmet with battle damage /bloodstained liner indicative of possible KIA. Nice service combat worn helmet features small shrapnel damage as well as one of the liner pads with dark staining. The rear of the helmet bears a Red Cross symbol indicating the soldier was a medic, which makes this an extremely rare helmet. Here is a one look example that checks all the boxes and will make a fine addition to Pacific Theater collection. COA accompanies.
