Killer Waffen-SS EM M43 Cap

This is an outstanding late war production Waffen-SS M43 cap featuring two-piece stacked Insignia on front and a nice large size overall. The wool is the late war German material, with a thin gray cotton lining and an unfinished underneath of the visor. More commonly these caps would bear the trapezoidal insignia, but this cap has factory applied two-piece Bevo insignia instead. The Insignia are beautifully clipped and straight line sewn to the cap by machine. Just a beautiful piece overall with some age toning to areas of the material. Light wear overall, a killer piece.
