Heer Artillery Officer's Visor Cap, Erel

This is a great example of a Heer artillery officer's visor cap in doeskin with metal insignia, by the maker Erel, with the 'standard' label. The crown and cap band bear the red piping for artillery, and the inside features the cream colored satin lining and construction characteristics of this famous hat maker. The cap shows very light (if any) service use, and comes from the Ron Wolin collection. Ron had an outstanding grouping of army officer caps and this is one of them. COA accompanies.
