Fine Waffen-SS M35 Helmet by Quist

This is an outstanding M35 Double Decal SS helmet, manufactured by Quist in 1937. The shell size is 62, heat lot #5341. The helmet features a smooth parade feldgrau finish, with bluish feldgrau brass liner retaining rivets and single ply 1937 dated liner band. The decals are classic CA Pocher runic and party shields, showing fine age crazing and some minor scuffing. The decals and finish bear the subtle signs of having been shined for parades or special duty (darkened wax buildup in the small areas around the rivets and liner retaining pins). The helmet is untouched throughout, with the original chinstrap as well. COA accompanies.
