Stunning Demjansk Battlefield SS Relic Helmet

This striking SS helmet comes from a long time battlefield collector who has sourced pieces from the best archaecological experts in the former Soviet Union. He specializes in helmets from the Demjansk battle area and many of them are classic double decal M35 examples. This one appears to be ET and may have been factory issued with a Pocher party shield instead of an ET, the mixture of which is noted in 1939 examples.  The helmet retains a lot of its original paint and still maintains the liner band intact inside period for the historical collector, a fine piece.
