This is a very well rendered and artistic model of an me-109 in metal construction with a screw in decorative base with green velvet bottom. The airplane is exceptionally detailed, including the rivets and Insignia on the wings fuselage and tail. The canopy is realistic looking and along with the propeller, still retainss the gleam of the silver finish that was originally painted on it. An outstanding desk ornament from a Third Reich pilot.
