Description
This beautiful example combines plane tree with oak leaf pattern camouflage material, all cut and constructed on the correct bias. The plumb-tinted clips are telltale originals, as is the treatment of the spring sleeves and stitching of the front brim. (This was one of only three covers from the German hoard that had plane tree and the plumb clips). The cover is mint, and has a Roman numeral size marking on the rear of the autumn side. COA accompanies.
