RESERVED (md) Luftwaffe M40 Q68 helmet

This is a great example of an M40 Q68 Luftwaffe Helmet, #7868.  The shell is the medium texture Quist factory luftwaffe blue-grey finish, with a fine adler. Overall the exterior shows moderate service use, and some storage scuffs. The liner shows medium service use, and is the 1939 dated double ply liner that occurs in a number Quist M40 helmets. Nice large M40s like this are getting harder to find, and this is a great example for the LW collection. COA accompanies.
