Kriegsmarine Leitz 7x50 binocular case 'beh 1944'

A nice original example of the late-war short variant storage case made specifically for the armouredLeitz Wetzlar7x50 Kriegsmarine U-boat binoculars.The case is very nicely maker marked and dated 'beh 1944', along with retaining the embossed KM eagle property marking to the top of the lid. Not scratched out or defaced as often seen.One of the rear loops is detached but could be repaired like the opposite side if desired. The case also comes fitted with a replacement, but correct style front closure strap; as well as a replacement full shoulder carry strap assembly.Ideal for display and pairing with an late-war armoured 7x50 'beh' Kriegsmarine binocular!
