Swiss M1914 Pioneer Bayonet and Scabbard, Sawback

Original era manufacture. Massive sawback bayonet with a 19 inch steel blade and saw edge spine. Maker marked on the ricasso, Elsener Schwyz mfg. The blade displays a bright steel finish with no age staining or corrosion issues, bright and clean overall. Mix of light surface corrosion steel patina finish to the guard and pommel with staining to the original wooden grips.   The scabbard is free of dents and has a blue finish with scattered areas of wear, with a mix of surface corrosion and blue overall.
