German WWII Straight Shovel & Carrier, eue 42

Original era manufacture. A scarce wartime example with both the shovel and carrier displaying period markings. The black leather carrier is of sewn construction, with leather straps and a presstoff body. Clear eue 1942 date and waffenamt on the inside of the cover, faint ekz proof on the shove blade, which did not come out too well in our photos Overall the shovel & carrier are quite sound, showing normal age and wear, with no damage
