Italian Pre WWI Soldiers Instructional Hankie Fucile Modello 1870-81

Original era manufacture. We have owned several of these instructional handkerchief's during the past 50 years, several German, one French and now an Italian example. All seemed to be produced to give the soldier some basic information on the issue rifle of the time, including it's maintenance and use. One nice old stitched patch on the underside, no other holes or tears, yellowed a bit from age with a few spots of staining.
