Original WWII Dutch NSB handwritten Max Blokzijl letter

The letter is in good condition and is hand written by the NSB Head of the Propaganda Department Max Blokzijl.The letter was sent on May 29, 1944.The trial against Blokzijl soon followed after the war, which was followed with great interest because of his great fame among the Dutch public.The indictment contained only one point: the accusation that during the years of occupation, while the Netherlands was at war with Germany, he deliberately carried out public propaganda, mainly by radio, aimed at breaking the spiritual resistance of the Dutch people and making that people become unfaithful to the common allied cause.He was sentenced to death and was executed on March 16, 1946 on the Waalsdorpervlakte.A very rare letter for the NSB or collaboration collection!Article number: 7332
