Original WWII Dutch 'Landwacht Nederland' cuff title

The cuff title is in worn condition and was worn on a Landwacht Nederland uniform.Originally this cuff title was found in the Netherlands and attached in a Landwacht Nederland photo album, unfortunately the items were sold separately from each other in the past.This very rare cuff title was locally made by a tailor for the members of the Landwacht Nederland.On the 12th of March 1943 the 'Landwacht Nederland' was established and this organization existed mainly out of NSB members and other collaborators in the Netherlands.They had the task to control civilians at roadblocks and help the police forces and German troops.On October 16, 1943, an order was issued that 'Landwacht Nederland' would immediately carry the name 'Landstorm Nederland' as an SS-Grenadier-Regiment.Lenght: 42,5 cmA very rare cuff title for the collaboration and World War II collection!Article number: 7171
