The photo is in good condition and shows SS-Gruppenführer Arthur Seyss-Inquart inspecting the members the Dutch collaboration organization Marine-Jeugdstorm together with NSB leader Anton Mussert.
This particular photo was made at the Kruisstraat in Utrecht on 8 November 1943.
The Marine-Jeugdstorm was a relatively small organization and material and photos of this department are difficult to find.

De foto is in goede conditie en daarop is SS-Gruppenführer Arthur Seyss-Inquart te zien tijdens de inspectie van leden van de Marine-Jeugdstorm samen met NSB leider Anton Mussert.
De foto werd genomen op 8 november 1943 aan de Kruisstraat in Utrecht.
De Marine-Jeugdstorm was een relatief kleine afdeling en materiaal en foto's van deze afdeling zijn lastig te vinden.
