The portrait is in good condition and it shows Casparus Quispel.
Casparus Quispel was the founder of the drum and pipe corps of the Nationale Jeugdstorm  (NJS).
He joined the staff of the NJS after May 1940 and became 'opperbanheer' under Van Geelkerken.

De portret foto is in een goede conditie en erop is Casparus Quispel te zien.
Casparus Quispel was de oprichter van het tamboer- en pijperkorps van de Nationale Jeugdstorm.
