The buttonhole pin is in good condition and was worn by the members of the Italian fascist organization P.N.F. – Partito Nazionale Fascista.
This pin was produced in Milan and it is marked on the back.
It is enabled with the colors of the Italian flag and in the middle the Fasci symbol.
